All rise! the McLaren F1 GTR has entered the building... euhm... blog.

One af the fastest supercars ever build, designed by Gordon Murray, 6.1l. V12 engine, topspeed of 391km/h., central driving position, gullwings, ... and yes, we all read it in the papers and even saw it on the news: Rowan Atkinson parked his F1 against a tree. Cost to repair: 910.000£  

Chassisnr. 15 (only 28 of the 106ex. were GTR racecars) had to be tuned down to 600hp, but still achieved 330hm/h down the Mulsanne Straight! The car finished fifth in the 1996 Le Mans-race.
